Meet your photographer

Hey, I’m Alyssa!

Photography found me during a time when I was still trying to find myself. Before I picked up a professional camera, I was always the one with my phone out, capturing group hangouts, beach days, and every little moment that didn’t make sense to anyone but me. In high school, I realized how much I loved photography, not just for the image, but for the feeling behind it. In 2025 Alyssa Lynn Photography helped me find my purpose: helping others feel confident, beautiful, and seen through my lens.


My editing style is more story telling and earthy toned with a hint of documentary and love.


I’m obsessed with dreamy beach sunsets, golden hour glow, and creating a fun experience for every session. I love Jesus and will put him first in my business for all of my life. I enjoy traveling and exploring different states and countries.


I’m based in Pennsylvania but my passport is ready to travel where ever you are!


Outside of photography, you’ll find me taking nature walks, having deep heart-to-hearts, encouraging others, especially women and creatives, to embrace who they are fully.

FAQ

 

Do you travel for photoshoots?

Yes, I do! Travel outside of Pennsylvania is available upon request and may include an additional travel fee depending on the location. I love exploring new places and am always open to traveling to bring your vision to life!

Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?

Absolutely, yes! I’d love for you to share your photos. Feel free to tag me when posting on social media so others can find and connect with my work too. It means the world and helps support my small business!

What are your policies?

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date.

• Remaining balance is due no later then the day of your shoot.

• Sessions are not considered booked until the retainer is received.


Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your retainer to a new date.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your session will result in a forfeited retainer which is nonrefundable.

• Reschedules are allowed once (weather, illness, or emergencies will be accommodated).


Arrival & Tardiness

• Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

• Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.

  • If client is more then 10 minuets late, photographer has rights to cancel session and booking fee will not be negotiable for refund


Client Responsibility

• Client is responsible for personal items during the session.


Image Delivery

• Final edits will be delivered within two weeks after session

• Images will be delivered digitally; Online store to purchase prints, canvas, cards etc.

  • Rush delivery is available with an upgraded charge


Social Media & Usage

• Sneak peeks may be shared on social media. If you do not wish your images to be posted, please state in intake form

• Images may be used by the photographer for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Clients receive personal usage rights; commercial use requires written permission.


Weather & Emergencies

• If weather conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, lightning, etc.), the session will be rescheduled.

• Photographer reserves the right to reschedule in the case of illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions.

What are your upgrade options?

Upgrade options are beneficial to upgrade your shoot. Some of the options that i have available are

  • Personal Stylist- A personal stylist helps to personally pick out outfits for you for your shoot. This is beneficial to someone who is looking to upgrade their style or even someone who wants more of a confidence boost to express themselves in their clothing


  • Proposal accessories: This option is beneficial for anyone booking a proposal shoot with me. Multiple proposal upgrades available such as red carpet, roses, candles, “Will You Marry Me” banner.
